A site visit is essential for every display we produce to ensure we not only select firework material that compliments your event, but most importantly material that is suitable and safe for your site.
Based on the results, a site specific risk assessment and method statement is written and presented before the display.
We carry £10M Insurance 365 days a year as standard
Fuse Fireworks are full members of the British Pyrotechnists Association (BPA)
The BPA is the trade body that represents UK professional firework display companies, and is committed to maintaining high standards amongst its members, whose activities include the manufacture, importation, sale, transportation, training and use of display fireworks.
All displays are led by one of Fuse Firework’s experienced senior pyrotechnicians.
Our refresher and training courses are continually reviewed and updated, to ensure all our firers are amongst the best trained in the UK
The BPA also operates firers training which is accredited by City and Guilds, and aimed at ensuring the highest standards of firework display safety www.bpa-fmg.org.uk/
All Fuse Fireworks displays are fired electronically, using a variety of the very latest in digital firing control equipment. These control systems not only help us to produce better, accurately timed, quality shows, but also are much safer for our operators to use.
Social and Environmental Responsibility
Fireworks can be a social and environmental menace, but used carefully and sensibly they needn’t be. We avoid the use of excessively loud fireworks in all our displays and respect that not everyone loves fireworks like we do.
We source all our fireworks from ethically and environmentally sound suppliers who are mainly based in China. We ensure, as best we can, that the fireworks we buy are produced under fair and reasonable conditions.
Fuse Fireworks has a recycling policy and the majority of firework casings we select are made from cardboard, paper and clay. We try to avoid using fireworks that contain plastic units, although polythene bags are used for waterproofing as necessary. The Fuse team will recycle as much of the spent fireworks as possible, separating out the cardboard and paper.
